Privacy Policy

Effective September 19, 2026Version 2026-09-19.2

1. Scope and Developer Identity

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer handles information through this App.

The developer’s identity is the developer or seller information displayed on the App Store product page. Contact information is provided at the end of this Policy.

Screen images and screenshot stitching are processed locally on your device by default and are not automatically transmitted to the developer.

Apple’s terms and privacy policies govern information processed by Apple through the App Store, screen sharing, Photos, iCloud, and other Apple services. Services and recipients you choose through system sharing are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

2. Data Used by the App

Data used locally on your device may include:

  • Screen frames authorized through Apple’s screen-sharing interface
  • Temporary stitching segments and completed images
  • Image creation time and screenshot names
  • Export progress and Photos save identifiers
  • Crop, screenshot length, duration, watermark, language, and other settings
  • The system region automatically read from the device
  • Agreement version, confirmation time, and confirmed region
  • Numerical matching diagnostics that do not contain recognized text

The current version has no user account, developer-operated cloud storage, advertising, cross-app tracking, or analytics SDK. The App does not request identity, precise location, contacts, microphone, or camera data.

Only when you voluntarily send a support email may the developer receive your email address, email headers, message content, and attachments you choose to include.

Screens may contain sensitive or third-party information. Process only content that is necessary and for which you have a lawful basis. Do not send passwords, complete screenshots, or unrelated sensitive information in support emails.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Screen frames are processed to perform the scrolling detection, image matching, stitching, and screenshot creation requested by you.

Settings, progress records, and agreement records are used to provide, restore, and configure App functionality. Numerical diagnostics are used locally on the device to assess stitching and matching quality.

This local processing is necessary to provide the features you actively request.

Support emails may be used to respond to your request, diagnose technical problems, maintain security, handle privacy or legal-rights requests, retain records required by law, protect lawful rights, and resolve disputes.

Depending on applicable law, processing may be based on performance of your service request or contract, the developer’s legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where required.

The App does not use personal information to create advertising profiles and does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Sharing and International Transfers

The App does not automatically upload, sell, or share screenshots for targeted advertising.

When you save an image to Photos or use system sharing, the image is provided to the Apple service, recipient, or third-party service selected by you. Photos and iCloud synchronization depend on your device and account settings.

The support mailbox currently uses email services provided by Google. After you send an email, Google and mail-routing providers may process it under their terms and privacy policies, including in countries or regions outside your own.

The developer uses or discloses support information only when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain security, protect lawful rights, comply with legal obligations, or respond lawfully to competent authorities. The developer does not sell support information.

Before adding remote developer processing or additional third-party services, this Policy will be updated and any required procedures will be completed.

5. Retention and Deletion

Completed images, drafts, and numerical diagnostics remain on your device until you delete or clear them or uninstall the App. Temporary segments that are no longer required are removed after successful image output.

The App’s local capture directory is excluded from system cloud backup. Images saved to Photos, synchronized through iCloud, or previously shared must be managed separately.

Agreement records remain until you withdraw your agreement, clear App data, or uninstall the App. App settings can be reset.

Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve the request, maintain security, handle disputes, and comply with legal obligations. After that period, they will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.

The exact retention period may depend on the nature of the request and applicable law. You may contact us to ask about the retention period applicable to a particular request or to request deletion.

6. Security

The App uses system sandboxing, file protection, limited permissions, and local processing to reduce security and privacy risks. However, no device, storage method, or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Protect your device passcode and review sensitive content before saving or sharing screenshots. Support emails are processed through email services and transmission networks, so avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.

The developer will comply with applicable reporting and notification obligations for qualifying security incidents.

You are responsible for managing risks relating to Photos, cloud synchronization, recipient services, and access to content after your device has been unlocked.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Within the App, you can view stored screenshots, share or export copies, rename or delete screenshots, clear local App data, manage permissions, change language and other preferences, and manage agreement choices.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully completed before the withdrawal. The developer normally cannot access information stored only on your device.

For support information actually held by the developer, you may contact us to request rights available under applicable law, including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, or other applicable rights.

Identity will be verified only to the extent reasonably necessary. Requests will be answered within the periods required by applicable law.

You may also submit a complaint to your local privacy, data-protection, consumer-protection, or other competent authority.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children, does not request age information, and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the App.

Minors should use the App with the guidance of a parent or guardian and only where permitted by applicable law.

A parent or guardian who believes that a child submitted personal information through the support email may contact us to request verification and deletion.

Processing a child’s information or another person’s information requires a lawful basis, including prior parental or guardian authorization where required.

9. Policy Updates

This Policy is available offline within the App and is also published on this publicly accessible webpage.

If new purposes, data categories, remote services, third-party recipients, or other material changes are introduced, the text, date, and version of this Policy will be updated. Notice or renewed consent will be provided where required by applicable law.

App Store privacy disclosures will also be updated when the App’s actual data practices change. Changing the interface language alone does not change applicable law or revoke an existing confirmation.

10. Contact

The developer’s identity is the developer or seller information displayed on the App Store product page.
